Basic characteristics of high-temperature resistant boron nitride series
1. High temperature resistance stability: the melting point under inert gas can reach 3000 ℃, and the oxygen resistance under air can reach 900 ℃ to maintain stability
2. Non-wetting to metal: suitable for various metal alloy crucibles
3. Lubrication characteristics: hexagonal boron nitride, also known as white graphite, has excellent lubrication characteristics and is widely used in lubricating oil and release agent.
4. Boron nitride is a chemically inert material, which is still stable at 2700 ℃ under argon
5. High thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity in X/Y direction can reach 400w/m * k, which is the best insulating thermal conductivity material
6. Low dielectric constant and dielectric loss
Typical applications:
1. Solid lubricant at high temperature
2. Release agent in casting and injection molding
3. Raw materials for producing cubic boron nitride
4. It is used to prepare composite ceramics, such as evaporation boat for vacuum aluminizing
5. For electrical insulation
6. Used for heat-conducting plastic, heat-conducting silicone gasket, etc
7. Lubricant for metal forming and wire drawing
8. Thermal shielding materials in aviation industry
9. High temperature, high voltage, insulation and heat dissipation parts pressed into various shapes
