Qingzhou Dongfang Special Ceramics Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as DFSCC, also known as Qingzhou Oriental Special Ceramics Co., Limited) is a pioneering manufacturer of conductive ceramic evaporation boats in China and has long been the driving force behind the development of the domestic evaporation boat industry.

Heritage & Innovation Since 1984
Our roots trace back to the Special Ceramics Factory of Qingzhou Aluminum Foil General Corporation, founded in 1984. We independently initiated R&D and production of evaporation boats, initially serving our parent group. This milestone marked the beginning of domestic production, effectively breaking the long-term monopoly of imported products in the market. Our early achievements were recognized with the Third Prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, earning us the title of "Weifang Science and Technology Enterprise" and designation as a key project under the Torch Program of Shandong Province.

Growth & Recognition
Following the dissolution of the parent group in 2000, DFSCC was officially established through restructuring in 2001. In June 2003, our core product, the conductive ceramic evaporation boat, became one of the first in the industry to achieve ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification. In 2021, we were certified as a High-Tech Enterprise of Shandong Province.
By 2025, our annual revenue from evaporation boats approaches RMB 200 million, the annual production capacity for evaporation boats is over 4 million pieces, solidifying our position as the undisputed market leader in China.

Location & Capability
Situated in Qingzhou, a historic city renowned as "One of the Nine Provinces in Ancient China," DFSCC benefits from a rich cultural heritage, picturesque scenery, and convenient transportation links.
We boast a production base spanning over 20,000 square meters with fixed assets of over RMB 50 million. Our facility is equipped with 14 sets of large and medium-sized hot-pressing vacuum equipment and more than 40 sets of precision milling and processing machines. Complementing our core evaporation boat business, we have fully established and operational production capacities for Titanium Diboride (TiB₂), Boron Nitride (BN), and related products, enabling us to fulfill customer orders efficiently and on time.
