PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
● The whole process of vacuum hot pressing sintering is carried out under the protection of vacuum and inert gas, which overcomes the corrosion, alienation and peeling of raw materials under high temperature in the past, ensures the high temperature sintering environment, and promotes the good chemical stability of the evaporation boat after the finished product;
● During the sintering process of the vacuum hot pressing furnace, the two-way pressure method is adopted to ensure the consistency of the bulk density of the sintered body;
● The vacuum hot-pressing furnace has realized automatic control and digital display of the temperature and pressure of the whole sintering process as well as the expansion and contraction of the sintered body, which improves the good physical performance of the new generation of evaporation boat;
● The optimized four-component composite structure has been adopted to enhance the thermal shock resistance and bending strength of the evaporation boat, alleviate the difference caused by different thermal expansion coefficients of materials, and avoid the fracture caused by the thermal stress released by the evaporation boat operation at high temperature; The wettability of the evaporation boat to the metal is enhanced, so that the aluminum solution can easily diffuse to the surface of the entire boat groove, and the evaporation efficiency is improved; The corrosion resistance of the evaporation boat to aluminum solution is enhanced, and the working life of the evaporation boat is extended.
